About Emet
A Journey. A Lifetime of Connection.
Emet Outreach is a Jewish education and outreach organization serving college students and young adults through authentic Torah learning, personal guidance, meaningful experiences, and community. The relationships built at Emet allow rabbis and educators to remain a source of support as students’ lives evolve.

Who We are
Helping Students Discover Who They Truly Are
The college years are among the most formative years of a person’s life. While students are deciding who they will become, Emet helps them explore who they are as Jews—and discover Torah as a source of wisdom, purpose, relevance, and joy.
Students encounter compelling learning, welcoming Shabbat experiences, trusted mentors, and a community where questions are taken seriously. They are welcomed as they are and invited to grow at their own pace.

What Makes Emet Different
At Emet, Guidance Is Personal—and It Lasts.
Emet rabbis, educators, and staff take the time to know each student: their name, their story, their questions, their interests, their challenges, and their aspirations. That relationship creates a safe place for honest conversation and makes guidance meaningful to the individual.
The commitment is not limited to college. A relationship that begins on campus can continue through graduation, career, continued Torah growth, marriage, and family life. This long-term commitment is central to what makes Emet different.

2
Meaningful Relationships
Rabbis, educators, and mentors who listen, create space for difficult questions, and become trusted guides.

3
Life-Changing Experiences
Shabbatons, trips, campus events, and immersive moments that deepen connection and forge lasting bonds.

Our Story
More Than 20 Years of Showing Up
Founded in 2004, Emet began with strong roots in campus outreach. As students graduated, their connection to Emet continued—and Emet’s programming grew with them. Today, Emet serves students and alumni through multiple stages of Jewish life, from a first campus class to continued learning, marriage preparation, couples programming, and family community.
